The Shine Method-HYBRID COACHING
Combine the best of both worlds. Enjoy the benefits of in-person sessions while staying connected through an online program. This hybrid approach provides a 360 approach where we focus on your habits both in and out of the gym. Nutrition coaching, mindset and training. Because its about more than the 1 hour you spend in the gym.

Shine From a Distance- ONLINE ONLY
This option give you 12 or 16 weeks worth of programmed workouts with form videos for each move and progress tracker (track your weights, reps, sets). An option of weekly or bi-weekly check ins. It's not just a program; it's a roadmap to long-term success and a radiant, healthier you.

PDF Workout Program -- 4 week / 8 week / 12 week / 16 week options
